Randall P. Choy

A native San Franciscan, Mr. Choy attended public schools, graduating from Lowell High School in 1971. He maintains close community ties, both in the local legal community and the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also active in the Japanese and Chinese communities, which are an integral part of present day San Francisco. Mr. Choy enjoys tennis, skiing, golf, and coaching youth sports.

Professional Experience:

During his 29 years in practice Mr. Choy has handled a wide variety of cases, including complex personal injury, construction and business litigation. He has tried numerous cases to judgment or verdict, and participated in countless arbitrations. Mr. Choy’s litigation practice includes personal injury, business, construction, insurance bad faith and coverage, real estate and family law. Mr. Choy was a former hearing officer of the San Francisco Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board. He currently arbitrates cases for the San Francisco Superior Court, in both limited and unlimited jurisdictions.
