Ed V. Grundstrom


Mr. Grundstrom has practiced law since 1956, with experience assisting a broad range of clients in connection with the personal and professional aspects of their lives. He has more than 46 years of experience in representing clients concerning their estate planning, and estates and trusts administration matters. By handling both the planning and administration ends of the spectrum, Mr. Grundstrom understands the impact of the planning structures that have been put into place, and he is able to provide his clients with the benefit of that experience. These matters often involve complex planning situations within the context of tax planning, as well as personal/family issues that need to be addressed prior to legal documents being drafted.

Professional Experience:

Mr. Grundstrum helped developed Marin Keys commercial park, and has extensive experience with environmental issues. He received the Marin County Bar Association award for Boss of the Year. Mr. Grundstrom was a Deputy City Attorney for over 17 years, and helped incorporate the City of Novato. Mr. Grundstrom has been a civil litigator for most of his 46 years of practice.
